What you will do

• Collaborate with sales and customers to design tailored implementation plans aligned with client needs.
• Lead and manage the entire implementation process, ensuring smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the development team to tackle technical challenges and integrate the system with existing client systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation phase.
• Capture suggestions for new features and log them for the engineering team.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical implementation, project management, consulting, or software development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer-focused approach, committed to delivering exceptional service.
• Fluent in German and English, with confidence working with and presenting to native-speaking clients.

Nice to have

• Understanding of IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and cloud-based SaaS solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows.
