What you will do

• Define technical initiatives with clear hypotheses and trackable success metrics.
• Partner with Platform & Ops, IT & Security, and Data & AI Directors to structure and drive programs.
• Drive executihirify.global timelines, identify blockers, and optimize for speed-to-value.
• Communicate proactively with business stakeholders, translating technical progress and risks.
• Embed with engineering teams to understand delivery challenges and build credibility.
• Take ownership of program outcomes, proactively addressing risks and technical debt.

Requirements

• hirify.globalg>4+ years in technical program management, engineering project leadership, or related roles.hirify.globalg>
• Strhirify.globalg understanding of software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and platform architecture.
• Experience driving complex, multi-team technical initiatives end-to-end.
• Skilled at structuring ambiguity into executable delivery plans.
• Obsessed with speed-to-value and comfortable calling out misalignment.
• Able to communicate clearly with engineers, architects, tech leadership, and business stakeholders.
