TL;DR

Regional Marketing Manager (Fintech): Lead and coordinate the fast-growing marketing function across Central Asia, with a primary focus on Azerbaijan. with an accent on defining country-specific marketing strategies, developing demand/lead generation plans, and launching campaigns. Focus on evaluating success based on KPIs, conducting market research during new region penetration, and providing support for marketing events.

Location: Remote from Dubai or Azerbaijan, with responsibility across Central Asia including Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Georgia, and Armenia. This is a hybrid role.

What you will do

  • Define and create country-specific marketing strategies for Central Asia.
  • Develop and implement demand and lead generation strategies, primarily for the Azerbaijan market.
  • Launch and evaluate marketing campaigns based on KPIs.
  • Assist with market research during new region penetration stages, considering local ethics and culture.
  • Provide support for marketing events and ongoing marketing activities.
  • Coordinate the marketing team and handle delegated projects.

Requirements

  • Degree in a marketing, advertising, communications, or business-related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Native Azeri and Russian speaker and very good English knowledge (B2).
  • Solid knowledge of marketing analytics and metrics.
  • Strong digital marketing skills.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
