Location: Remote, available only in the United States and England

What you will do

• Support technical pre-sales cycles across the Spectra Detect, Intelligence, Analyze, and Assure platforms.
• Deliver standard and semi-custom product demonstrations to security, AppSec, DevSecOps, and SOC teams.
• Participate in Proof-of-Value (POV) engagements, configuring workflows, validating datasets, and tracking success criteria.
• Apply and grow security domain knowledge, explaining malware behaviors, threat indicators, and basic analysis outcomes.
• Partner with Customer Success teams to support customer onboarding, adoption, and technical validation during expansions.
• Collaborate with senior Solution Consultants, Product Management, and Engineering to contribute to demo content and internal documentation.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in cybersecurity, security engineering, threat detection, DevSecOps, or technical pre-sales.
• Foundational knowledge of malware analysis, threat intelligence, detection/investigation workflows (SOC, IR, SIEM, SOAR) or software supply chain/application security fundamentals.
• Ability to learn, demonstrate, and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Strong communication skills with technical audiences and interest in customer-facing technical roles.
• Must be located in the United States or England.
• English: B2 required for clear communication.

Nice to have

• Exposure to malware analysis tools, sandboxing, or classification systems.
• Familiarity with concepts such as SBOMs, CI/CD security, or dependency risk.
• Basic scripting or API experience (Python preferred).
• Experience supporting security tools in enterprise or regulated environments.
