Solution Consultant (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote-first; must be based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Croatia

Salary: $170,000 – $180,000 base plus performance-based bonus/commission and equity

What you will do

• Support technical sales cycles across the Spectra Platform, focusing on malware classification, contextual intelligence, and SBOM-focused use cases.
• Deliver technical product demonstrations tailored to security, AppSec, DevSecOps, and SOC teams.
• Execute Proof-of-Value (POV) engagements, including workflow configuration and success criteria validation.
• Collaborate with Customer Success teams to facilitate onboarding and technical validation during renewal cycles.
• Provide critical product feedback to Product Management and Engineering teams to enhance platform capabilities.
• Develop repeatable demo content and technical assets for the Solutions Engineering organization.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in cybersecurity, security engineering, threat detection, or technical pre-sales.
• Foundational knowledge of malware analysis, threat intelligence, or software supply chain security.
• Experience with detection and investigation workflows (SOC, IR, SIEM, SOAR).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical audiences.
• Must be based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Croatia.

Nice to have

• Exposure to malware analysis tools, sandboxing, or classification systems.
• Familiarity with SBOMs, CI/CD security, or dependency risk.
• Basic scripting or API experience, preferably using Python.
• Experience supporting security tools within enterprise or regulated environments.
