Location: Fully remote (global); company based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

What you will do

• Work on AI project initiatives, including process design, prototyping, and testing.
• Engineer and refine AI prompts for generative models based on business process context.
• Define, implement, and maintain efficient processes for building, operating, and supporting AI solutions.
• Actively participate in code reviews and troubleshoot AI-related issues.
• Develop infrastructure for data transformation and ingestion, ensuring data quality.
• Conduct data analysis and interpret results to guide organizational decision-making.

Requirements

• Computer Sciences, MIS degree or equivalent is required.
• Experience with GCP products (Bigquery, Vertex AI, Conversational Agent) and Cloud environments (AWS, GCP).
• Proven track record in AI projects with hands-on experience in NLP, computer vision, or other AI subfields.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Strong knowledge of data management, data integration, data quality, and database development techniques.
• Fluency in English as a working language is required.
