Linux Server Engineer (Fintech): Designing, operating, and continuously improving Linux-based infrastructure for highly available, secure, and business-critical fintech systems with an accent on stability, performance, and scalability. Location: The role is based in our Limassol office, Cyprus. Full relocation support is provided for you and your family to Cyprus.

What you will do

• Operate and maintain Linux-based servers (primarily Red Hat) in production environments.
• Operate and support critical infrastructure services like DNS, NTP, LDAP, SMTP, and Vault.
• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure automation using IaC tools (Ansible, Terraform, GitOps, CI/CD).
• Participate in the design, implementation, and validation of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Linux administration experience in production, supporting business-critical systems.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, DevOps practices, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong ownership mindset, critical thinking, troubleshooting skills, and commitment to continuous learning.

Nice to have

• Red Hat, LPIC, and Cloud Native certifications are a plus.
