What you will do

• Architect and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Develop custom Salesforce applications and components.
• Lead integration of external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Design and implement monitoring tools for platform stability and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Ad Operations).
• Define and enforce coding standards, architecture guidelines, and quality assurance practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, custom object modelling).
• Proven experience with Salesforce architecture design, process automation, and platform optimization.
• Advanced knowledge of integration technologies, including REST APIs and SOAP APIs.
• Strong backend development skills in a programming language like Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect).
• Knowledge of the AdTech industry.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and platforms like Git, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience with event-driven architectures.
