What you will do

• Lead product design end-to-end, from ideation to production.
• Influence product strategy by bringing customer insights.
• Partner deeply with Product + Engineering to define problems and ship measurable improvements.
• Level up the design system (components, patterns, guidelines, tokens, and governance).
• Lead UX research (usability testing, interviews, concept tests, prototype tests).
• Contribute to design culture and methodology in a lean team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience shipping modern digital products.
• Meaningful experience designing for web applications, turning complex exploration and itinerary planning into friendly experiences.
• Meaningful experience in B2C products at scale, designing for large user bases, conversion funnels, and iterative growth.
• Proven experience working with design systems and contributing to their evolution.
• Comfort operating as a solo/primary designer with strong collaboration, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with usability testing, A/B testing, data-driven design, and strong Figma skills.

Nice to have

• A skiing/snowboarding fanatic or deeply into the culture and customer mindset.
• Managed or mentored other designers.
• Shipped or designed AI-driven product experiences (agents, copilots, recommendations, personalization).
• Experience in travel, marketplaces, booking engines, pricing, or dynamic packaging.
