What you will do

• Lead UX/UI features for services, collaborating closely with Product Management.
• Design and execute intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile products across the full product lifecycle.
• Create interactive prototypes using tools like Figma and Axure to validate design concepts.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, UI patterns, and accessibility guidelines.
• Leverage data analytics to refine and improve design decisions.
• Initiate, lead, and perform relevant UX research for the service.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Senior Product Designer in both UX and UI.
• Experience working for large organizations specialized in complex operational B2B systems.
• Excellent visualization skills for creating precise UX design mockups.
• Expertise in standard UX/UI design tools such as Figma and Axure.
• Fluent English.
• Required: Portfolio showcasing recent work with a focus on strong visual design, creativity, and a user-centered approach.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience in working with design infrastructure and components libraries.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in product/interaction design, human factors or related field.
