What you will do

• Gather, analyze, prioritize, and communicate information on best tools, pipelines, processes, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with internal experts and external vendors to create learning materials, articles, and case studies.
• Plan, organize, and facilitate internal meetings across departments and studios for mutual sharing.
• Ensure the capture, sharing, and visibility of existing knowledge and information.
• Develop efficient and innovative communication methods for maximizing knowledge utilization.
• Communicate success stories and community activities.
• Collect and evaluate feedback on knowledge sharing activities for continuous enhancement.

Requirements

• Passion for games.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in the training/communication/community field.
• Demonstrated commitment to excellence and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, writing, and communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Project Management.
• Educational background in art, engineering, or design.
