What you will do

• Act as an analytics partner to Product Managers, influencing roadmaps and prioritization through data.
• Own end-to-end product analyses, including problem framing, exploration, modeling, and insights.
• Lead A/B tests and product experiments, from hypothesis design to statistical validation and interpretation.
• Analyze user behavior, funnels, retention, cohorts, and feature adoption to identify opportunities and risks.
• Build clear dashboards, narratives, and decision frameworks for stakeholders.
• Translate ambiguous product problems into structured analytical approaches.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Analytics or Data Analytics.
• Strong SQL skills on large, complex datasets.
• Proficiency in data visualization to present data clearly and accurately.
• Proven hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
• Solid understanding of product metrics, including funnels, retention, cohorts, activation, and feature adoption.
• Demonstrated product mindset and ability to translate user behavior into actionable product decisions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
