What you will do
- Drive product decisions by turning data into powerful insights that shape strategy.
- Partner with product teams to define goals, set metrics, and monitor performance.
- Shape product features and experiments with a data-driven perspective.
- Build dynamic dashboards that keep teams aligned on critical KPIs.
- Act as a strategic partner to product leadership, surfacing key growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with PMs, growth marketers, designers, and AI experts across the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a product/data analyst, preferably in a tech or consumer app environment.
- Deep understanding of product metrics and the ability to translate them into actionable insights.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver high-impact results quickly.
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to move from data analysis to data-driven decision making.
- Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries and extract your own data.
- A passion for AI and how it can be leveraged to drive smarter product decisions.
