We’re searching for a data-driven and proactive Monetization / Mediation Manager to take full ownership of ad monetization across our live mobile games, working with AppLovin MAX and 20+ ad networks.
This role is not just about optimization — you’ll directly influence product decisions, test hypotheses, and drive a significant share of the company’s revenue in close collaboration with Product and UA teams.
🎯 Must-have:
• Experience with ad mediation (ideally AppLovin MAX)
• Strong understanding of ad metrics (eCPM, ARPDAU, Fill Rate, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with waterfall, bidding, and A/B testing
• Analytical mindset and ownership attitude
• English skills (B1-B2)
