Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Ontario, Canada (in-office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday)

Salary: $92,000 - $115,000 CAD annually, plus a target 10% bonus.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end creative process from concept to production, ensuring brand consistency across all assets including landing pages, events, webinars, email campaigns, and social media.
• Create sophisticated motion graphics, animation, and typography to amplify marketing messaging into compelling and engaging designs.
• Lead the development of scalable visual approaches, templates, tools, and guidance for cross-functional partners.
• Apply imaginative and iterative visual storytelling to generate thoughtful ideas, compelling narratives, and scalable concepts.
• Lead creative brainstorms and critiques to find the best solutions for engaging new and existing audiences.
• Manage collaboration with cross-functional departments (Content, Demand Gen, etc.).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or relevant formal training and work experience with motion and animated graphics.
• At least 7+ years of working experience on a professional creative team, preferably in an in-house B2B SaaS environment.
• Firsthand experience producing digital assets, both static and animated (e.g., motion graphics, animation, landing page assets, web banners, social media posts, email marketing).
• Deep knowledge of classic and contemporary trends in typography, photography, illustration, motion graphics, and video.
• Online portfolio demonstrating a solutions-based approach with examples including digital, print, motion, and animated graphics executions.
• Advanced knowledge of relevant design tools (Figma, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, frame.io).
