What you will do

• Define, implement, and validate tracking and data gathering strategies.
• Provide consultative service, training, and validation support to quality assurance teams.
• Ensure that analyses, reports, and dashboards created by the team fulfill client needs.
• Lead the ideation, development, and execution of measurement strategies and frameworks.
• Assist in mapping and implementing data flows, ensuring compliance with data governance protocols.
• Manage, develop, and motivate a passionate team of analysts.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience leading Marketing Science projects across a broad range of initiatives.
• Demonstrated expertise in tracking and measurement, implementation, and statistical modeling.
• Experience with both Google and Adobe Analytics, and with tag management platforms (GTM, Adobe Launch, Tealium, Ensighten).
• 5+ years' experience in data layer design, developing SDRs, and translating KPIs to tagging requirements.
• Expert-level knowledge in developing Adobe Analytics Solution Design Reference (SDR) and 5 years of JavaScript experience.
• Extensive experience in data science and advanced analytics applied to solving business problems.
