What you will do

• Deliver high-quality, on-brand copy across all channels including web pages, emails, and social posts.
• Act as a guardian of the brand's tone of voice, ensuring consistency and clarity.
• Lead the production of long-form content like blogs, insight articles, and explainers.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, structured, and engaging narratives.
• Utilise AI confidently to support drafting and research, while applying expert judgment to refine outputs.
• Create prompts, templates, and workflows to improve content creation efficiency and self-service.
• Support creative and go-to-market initiatives alongside the Copy & Content Specialist.

Requirements

• Experience writing clear, concise copy for multiple formats.
• Strong long-form writing skills, able to simplify complex topics into engaging content.
• A natural storyteller who can shape ideas, not just write to a brief.
• Excellent grammar, attention to detail, and a love for straightforward language.
• Confidence in using AI as a supportive tool, with the ability to critique and improve outputs.
• Strong organisational skills to juggle multiple requests and manage deadlines.
