What you will do

• Work collaboratively in a self-organizing team to deliver high-impact outcomes for customers.
• Own the entire development lifecycle from design and implementation to testing and production deployment.
• Follow and refine engineering practices such as TDD, prototyping, pairing, and peer code reviews.
• Identify and resolve complex intermittent bugs, ensuring stability through automated testing.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Design (OOD), design patterns, and general coding best practices.
• Exposure to Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, and React.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Must be based in Dublin, Ireland for a hybrid work arrangement.

• Knowledge or experience within the VOIP or telecoms industry.
