What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Develop and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for rapid and secure deployments.
• Implement observability tools and lead incident response to ensure system reliability.
• Develop reusable infrastructure modules and automation frameworks.
• Build and scale AWS infrastructure for high-availability systems with a focus on performance and cost optimization.
• Build and support self-service infrastructure capabilities for hirify.globalering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Infrastructure roles working with production systems on AWS.
• Hands-on experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience building or maintaining self-service tools or platforms.
• Deep experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
• Strong programming capabilities in Python or Go for scalable automation and internal tools.
• Proficient in shell scripting (Bash) and experience with containerization (Docker, EKS, Kubernetes).

Nice to have

• GitOps experience with ArgoCD or Flux.
• Familiarity with internal developer portals like Backstage.
• Knowledge of secrets management and service discovery tools (Vault, AWS SSM, Consul).
• Prior experience mentoring hirify.globalers or contributing to DevOps/Platform hirify.globalering culture initiatives.
