Location: Remote (Global). Hybrid or full-time onsite work is available in Warsaw, Poland. Relocation support is offered to Poland, including a package covering flight tickets, company apartment for the first month, pet relocation, and shipping belongings.

What you will do

• Lead and deliver responsive web layouts, landing pages, and campaign experiences aligned with brand standards and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand, Marketing, Copy, and Development to ensure visual storytelling and functionality.
• Prepare and optimize multi-density assets and export pipelines (WebP, SVG, PNG) for implementation.
• Partner with developers to ensure design fidelity and provide clear handoff specifications.
• Maintain accessibility standards (WCAG AA) and localization readiness (text expansion, RTL).
• Support junior designers through file reviews and mentorship on responsive design and design systems.
• Manage multiple web projects, prioritize deadlines, and communicate status and blockers through Jira.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web or graphic design with a strong focus on web.
• Advanced Figma skills, including components, libraries, and design tokens.
• Expertise in responsive design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and Illustrator).
• Working understanding of HTML/CSS, browser behavior, and developer collaboration.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and localization challenges.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
