Location: Must be based in Lviv, Ukraine (hybrid work available with up to 50 days work from home per year after first three months)

What you will do

• Identify high-quality bugs and perform accurate regressions of existing bugs based on department standards.
• Define, develop, and implement quality assurance best practices and procedures, including test plans and test cases.
• Conduct root cause analysis on identified defects, providing sufficient details for understanding, replication, and resolution.
• Perform End-to-End testing, with a primary focus on Back End systems.
• Share constructive opinions with team members, participate actively in meetings, and support developers in bug identification and reproduction.

Requirements

• Knowledge in working with issue trackers like Jira and test management tools like TestRail.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC processes.
• Proven aptitude in test case management within a designated timeframe.
• Accuracy in reporting issues, including steps to reproduce and observed behavior.
• Demonstrated prioritization skills.
• English: B1 required.
