Junior Qc Specialist Networking Testing (Online Requirements Team)

TL;DR

Junior QC Specialist (Networking Testing): Responsible for testing and ensuring game compliance with online networking requirements, including NAT traversal and interoperability. Focus on executing and coordinating network tests, diagnosing issues, and providing feedback to stakeholders, ensuring high quality and stability under various network conditions.

Location: Hybrid work in Kyiv, Ukraine. Availability to work from the office several days per week. Remotely within Ukraine.

What you will do

• Execute and coordinate networking tests, verifying NAT traversal and interoperability.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot test platforms or networking tools.
• Investigate, reproduce, report, and track issues, finding workarounds for production teams.
• Manage one or more projects, planning and coordinating tests, and raising project risks.
• Work closely with team and stakeholders, providing feedback on project status and quality.
• Create documentation and reports based on project needs.

Requirements

• Upper intermediate level of English or higher (spoken and written).
• Good understanding of the Software Release life cycle.
• Knowledge of Network Addresses & Protocols, Network parameters.
• Knowledge of Packet Sniffers, Cisco devices, Linux exposure/awareness.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Mentorship experience.
• Experience in coordinating tasks.
• Involvement in test case creation/adjustment.
• Hands-on experience with several platforms.
