What you will do

  • Oversee community management across multiple European markets and collaborate with internal US teams.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients in South EMEA and UKI, providing daily status updates and managing expectations.
  • Conduct daily engagement sweeps across platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X for assigned brands.
  • Translate social intelligence findings into actionable community-based recommendations.
  • Identify trends and key moments of opportunity in the social space to develop social pulse strategies.
  • Draft engaging social copy and responses that align with distinct brand personas and generate engagement.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in social marketing and/or community management.
  • Experience using Sprinklr is required; experience using Khorus is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with senior decision-makers and coordinate across global teams.
  • Comfortable with data and spreadsheets, with the ability to track community-based insights and translate them into actionable reports.
  • Must have innate creativity and the agility to pivot instantly between corporate B2B strategy and lifestyle brand engagement.
