What you will do

• Own and build key growth and acquisition surfaces, including landing pages, onboarding flows, and conversion-critical user journeys.
• Develop and maintain tooling around hirify.global’s marketing stack: CMS, attribution, and SEO workflows.
• Own the documentation and developer-facing experience, making hirify.global easier to discover, evaluate, and adopt.
• Implement analytics and reporting systems to measure performance, understand user behavior, and drive iteration.
• Take projects end-to-end: shaping ideas, shipping quickly, and continuously improving based on real usage.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, growth, and customer success in a small, fast-moving team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of growth engineering experience.
• Excellent product sense and strong taste in UI, design, and user experience.
• Comfortable with modern frontend tooling: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, and building polished interfaces.
• Growth-minded, caring about acquisition, onboarding, and conversion.
• Comfortable working on marketing and product surfaces together.
• Strong communicator.
• Must be based in North America.
