What you will do

• Define and maintain the roadmap for payment processing features aligned with business and customer goals.
• Own and manage the product backlog, writing high-quality user stories and refining requirements based on feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle, leading agile ceremonies.
• Act as the primary point of contact between product, engineering, operations, and compliance teams.
• Ensure payment features adhere to regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in payment processing and fintech compliance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role within financial services or fintech.
• Proven experience with payment processing platforms or financial transaction systems.
• Strong grasp of payment processing concepts including transaction lifecycle, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Understanding of compliance requirements relevant to payment services.
• Skilled in using agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and driving agile delivery teams.
• Fluent in English.

• Experience with high-volume or real-time payments systems.
• Background in B2B payments or regulated environments.
• Experience working closely with compliance, legal, or risk management teams.
