What you will do
- Monitor and interpret key product and business metrics.
- Set up, launch, and evaluate A/B tests and experiments.
- Perform deep-dive analyses on features, game loops, player behavior, and monetization.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable dashboards and insights.
- Automate repetitive data processes, build alerting systems, and optimize workflows.
- Collaborate with Producers, developers, and other analysts to improve data collection and design.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as an analyst in the game development industry.
- Strong understanding of mobile game KPIs and lifecycle stages.
- Proficiency with Amplitude, AppsFlyer, OneSignal.
- Experience building dashboards and reporting systems in Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Ability to write clean SQL and use Python comfortably for data analysis.
- Understanding of A/B testing nuances, from design to interpretation.
- Ability to present complex data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teammates.
Nice to have
- Experience building and optimizing ETL workflows (dbt/Dataform, Airflow).
- Applied machine learning for player segmentation, retention modeling, or monetization forecasting.
