What you will do

• Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of hirify.global’s unified SACM operating model.
• Define and govern enterprise standards for metadata, quality, lifecycle rules, and configuration modelling.
• Architect and oversee the enterprise SACM data model, ensuring CMDB structures and service mappings are accurate.
• Drive remediation of audit findings related to Asset Lifecycle Management and CMDB accuracy.
• Implement enterprise lifecycle governance frameworks, including EOL/EOSL tracking and patch posture.
• Ensure seamless integrations across ServiceNow, observability pipelines, and engineering systems to enable operational insights and AI driven engineering.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Asset & Configuration Management, CMDB modelling, and service mapping.
• Proven experience leading large-scale engineering, infrastructure, or platform governance initiatives in global environments.
• Strong understanding of observability telemetry, operational datasets, and configuration driven automation.
• Fluency in enterprise architecture and asset/configuration data models across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional engineering leadership.
• Experience driving data quality improvement programs, audit remediation, and technology controls uplift.
