What you will do

• Create high-quality illustrations for characters, environments, props, and UI elements.
• Develop exploratory sketches, concepts, and final rendered illustrations.
• Execute stylized illustrations with strong rendering, clear storytelling, dynamic poses, and impactful composition.
• Adapt to a wide range of visual styles while maintaining consistency within each project’s aesthetic.
• Help maintain visual consistency by contributing to style guides and visual documentation.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience as an Illustrator in games, animation, tabletop, or related interactive media.
• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality illustration work, including characters, environments, key art, or marketing imagery.
• Excellent understanding of composition, color theory, lighting, anatomy, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work across multiple styles while maintaining cohesion within a defined art direction.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Strong concepting skills with the ability to ideate, explore, and iterate visually from loose sketches through final illustration.
