What you will do
- Understand customer use cases and needs within a product group consisting of sales, customer success, support, data, marketing, and R&D representatives.
- Define roadmaps and build weekly sprints based on customer needs and technical perspectives.
- Solve bugs, plan architecture, code features, and push to production.
- Contribute to making architecture decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with frontend and backend technologies at scale.
- Experience developing a backend service in Python.
- Experience developing a robust frontend in React.
- Experience with different DB types, queues, design patterns, and architectures.
- Ability to understand the pros and cons of different architecture decisions.
- Experience scaling services to millions of users.
- Understands web technology complexity, constraints, and UI/UX.
- Experience with State Management libraries (Mobx, Redux).
Nice to have
- Experience with running production workloads on AWS/Azure platforms.
