What you will do

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering on cross-functional, outcome-based teams to craft and deliver OKRs.
• Drive large projects autonomously, continuously assessing and communicating progress.
• Recommend architectural solutions, understanding and explaining trade-offs.
• Support and maintain the existing code baseline and products.
• Exercise and improve engineering practices such as refactoring, pairing, code reviews, and CI/CD.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building products in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.
• Expertise in React.
• A strong product mindset, thinking hirify.global implementation to user experience and business impact.
• Fluency using LLMs and developer agents as coding accelerators, design aides, and debugging companions.
• Strong communication skills and a good level of English.
• Curiosity and creativity in exploring how AI and agentic systems can be embedded in the product experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, Django, SQL & Postgres.
