What you will do
- Build deep, trusting relationships with a portfolio of merchants as a trusted advisor.
- Educate clients on new products and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Monitor account health to prevent and manage churn, and win back former clients.
- Act as the bridge between merchants and internal teams for a frictionless experience.
- Gather structured client feedback to help shape the future of hirify.global's products.
Requirements
- Experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success.
- Possess a growth mindset and be relationship-driven.
- Demonstrate a proactive spirit in managing your client portfolio.
- Be tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs and digital tools.
- Bilingual: Fluent in Croatian and confident in English.
