What you will do

• Train LoRA models and fine-tune existing models by preparing datasets, running experiments, and evaluating results.
• Refine sketches and polish art, applying style consistency and finalizing assets.
• Develop concepts by translating high-level briefs into comprehensive mood-boards, style guides, and prompt libraries.
• Collaborate with art directors, game designers, and the wider art team via Slack and Jira to align on milestones.
• Create AI-driven assets such as backgrounds, UI elements, icons, props, and characters using Stable Diffusion and complementary services.
• Share knowledge by leading internal workshops, documenting best practices, and mentoring peers to continuously improve AI-art workflows.

Requirements

• Expertise with Stable Diffusion frameworks (Automatic1111, ComfyUI) and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience with ControlNet modules (e.g., Canny, Depth, Tile) within Stable Diffusion.
• Proficiency in image upscaling techniques (Magnific, Topaz) and inpainting/outpainting workflows.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end AI art pipelines, from data preparation and model training to polishing final art.
• Familiarity with other generative services like Ideogram, Sora, Midjourney, and Krea.

Nice to have

• Experience fine-tuning checkpoints and training LoRA models (Civitai, DreamBooth, LoCon).
