What you will do

• Get onboarded, set up your dev environment, and familiarize yourself with systems and codebase.
• Ship small updates or bug fixes to get familiar with the codebase.
• Ship two major features within the first month.
• Ship product updates daily/weekly with a strong focus on quality.
• Collaborate closely with the team and customers to shape the future of the product.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, ideally with startups or fast-moving teams.
• Strong expertise in Next.js, React, and Tailwind for frontend development.
• Familiarity in Python for backend/API development.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Kubernetes (K8s), and Postgres for infrastructure and data management.
• Experience optimizing web performance and improving frontend UX.
• A bias for action, strong product and design sense, and extreme ownership.
