hirify.global is looking for an IT Support Specialist to manage their Tel Aviv office's technical needs.
What you will do
- Own the technical aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding, preparing laptops and setting up accounts.
- Manage physical IT inventory, including purchasing and setting up hardware like laptops and monitors.
- Provide help desk support for hardware and software issues to the Tel Aviv team.
- Oversee SaaS applications and license management to ensure efficient usage.
- Maintain basic security hygiene, ensuring laptop updates and managing access permissions.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in an IT Support or IT Admin role required.
- Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and cloud permission configuration.
- Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows environments.
- Experience managing SaaS Admin consoles (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
- Service-oriented attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
- Understanding of basic security practices like MFA and password safety.
