What you will do

• Own features end-to-end, from prototype to production scaling.
• Ship revenue-generating features used by hundreds of SMBs.
• Work across the full stack (TypeScript, React, FastAPI, Postgres, Twilio, LiveKit).
• Patch critical AI logic and build internal tools for GTM speed.
• Architect key parts of the system and mentor new hires.
• Influence the product roadmap, land big deals, and shape engineering culture.

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in fast-moving product engineering teams.
• Strong full-stack skills with experience shipping in production.
• Obsessive about customer needs and comfortable debugging, writing tests, talking to customers, and performing demos.
• Strong communicator, able to pair with PMs, designers, and sales.
• NYC-based or willing to relocate to New York City.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, Twilio, or voice/video APIs.
• Built tools for SMBs (e.g., Shopify, ServiceTitan, GoHighLevel).
• Ability to hold your own in a sales conversation or onboarding call.
