What you will do

• Drive Growth of the Arc Network Ecosystem by scaling developer and protocol adoption.
• Expand Developer Adoption of hirify.global’s Platform Products (Arc Hub, CCTP, Gateway, Wallets).
• Enable user adoption of newly incubated consumer products and partners' offerings.
• Build for Network Effects Across Chains and Protocols through interoperability and growth strategies.
• Create Scalable Growth Systems for Developers, partnering with Data Science and Growth Engineering.
• Shape the Developer Experience and Ecosystem Narrative for onchain finance infrastructure.
• Coordinate Growth Initiatives Across Product Verticals for cohesive developer experiences.
• Lead Cross-Functional Execution at Scale with engineering, design, compliance, and operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product or product marketing management, preferably in product growth initiatives.
• Proven track record shipping complex infrastructure products in fintech, crypto, cloud, or developer platform environments.
• Deep knowledge of the crypto ecosystem (L1/L2 chains, stablecoins, bridges, wallets, custody solutions).
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related technical or analytical field.
• Work authorization for the United States is required.
