Technical Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Serving as the primary point of contact for hirify.global customers, understanding their business needs, and providing expert technical guidance to drive product adoption and retention. Focus on nurturing strong customer relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and influencing product development based on customer insights.

Location: Must be based in Israel. Minimal travel required (up to 10%).

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customer technical stakeholders.
  • Provide expert technical guidance on best practices for Image, Video, and Asset solutions.
  • Nurture strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue expansion and upsell opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Drive product adoption and maximize value realization by monitoring customer usage trends.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally to influence product development.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of retaining and growing multiple customer relationships.
  • Experience with technical SaaS products, web/mobile environments, APIs, DAM, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with enterprise customers.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven individual contributor.
  • Managed a high-volume portfolio of 50+ customers with a total book of business exceeding $1M.
