What you will do

• Build out and optimize automated decision systems for hirify.global's advertising platform (DSP).
• Develop highly scalable and distributed systems for audience targeting capabilities.
• Directly impact revenue daily through your code and systems.
• Shape how billions of users connect with content, commerce, and brands worldwide.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-5 years of development experience.
• Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong development and coding experience in OO Programming (Java), Scala, Spark, or Python.
• Expertise in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Concurrency.
• Experience in Micro-services Architecture, multi-threading, performance-oriented programming, and designing skills.
• Must be a proven performer and team player who enjoys challenging assignments in a high-energy, fast-growing start-up workplace.

• Experience in the online advertising domain.
• Experience working on massively large-scale data systems in production environments.
• Experience in leveraging user data for behavioral targeting and ad-relevance.
• Experience in the Big Data analytics domain.
