Location: Hybrid, 2 days in the office and 3 days of remote work each week. Based in Raanana, Israel.

What you will do

• Drive engineering excellence through AI‑augmented workflows and agentic development patterns.
• Develop end to end cloud features on top of AWS.
• Optimizing components for maximum performance.
• Lead features design and implementations, set the bar for the team standards and advise on tech.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and efficient project execution and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking and a long-term vision for scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Computer Science B.Sc./BE/Beng with GPA of at least 85.
• At least 8 years of BE/Fullstack experience.
• AI‑augmented development, including MCP servers.
• Good understanding of OOP and OOD concepts.
• Self-motivated, accountable, quick learner and team player.
• Fluent English.

• Familiarity with ML pipelines, vector databases, or LLM integration patterns.
