What you will do

• Design and develop secure, scalable services enabling AI agents to manage identities, secrets, and access for critical systems and data.
• Take charge of agent authentication flows and real-time access policies, ensuring just-in-time, least-privilege access.
• Lead the evolution of MCPs and agentic AI, transforming innovative ideas into scalable operational systems.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to shape and deliver high-performance platform components.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Drive cross-functional efforts with platform, AI, and security teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend or systems development.
• Experience building scalable, secure, and high-performing distributed, cloud-based systems (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Natural curiosity and passion for exploring new technologies and tools, especially in AI and agentic AI.
• Proactive approach, ownership of work, and a continuous strive for excellence and improvement.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, enjoying partnerships with multiple engineering teams.
