What you will do

• Coordinate and schedule international interviews across MENA, APAC, Europe, and the US.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for international candidates and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
• Support onboarding and offboarding for new hires across MENA and APAC, working with local and international People Ops teams.
• Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems for international populations.
• Support compliance tracking and operationalize global people policies respecting local market requirements.
• Partner with the International People team to standardize and improve global recruiting and HR workflows and support reporting on international hiring activity.

Requirements

• Saudi national (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or international people support.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with ATS and HRIS platforms (Lever, Greenhouse, Workday, or similar preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
