Location: Hybrid and remote work models are offered based on proximity to office hubs. Travel is expected for team and company-wide offsites.

What you will do

• Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements and design documents.
• Execute manual tests to identify defects and perform regression testing to ensure that new features and bug fixes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify areas for process improvement within the QA team and implement best practices in testing processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of test cases, test execution results, and defect reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide feedback on design and functionality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience testing cloud web and mobile customer-facing applications.
• 2+ years of experience leading testing on a product area or feature.
• Proficiency in scripting/programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Cypress, Playwright, RestAssured).
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes and knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AWS Cloud Products.
• Payments Integration or FinTech experience.
• Understanding of source control & devops tools (Github, Github Actions, Docker, Kubernetes).
