Analyst I, Falcon Complete - 3rd Shift (Cybersecurity): Detecting and responding to real-time security incidents across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms with an accent on incident handling processes and basic malware analysis. Focus on improving detection and countermeasures, and producing high-quality communications for customers.

Location: Remote (US). This role is only open to US citizens and Green Card holders. Must be willing to work a 4x10 schedule, including a day on the weekend, for a 3rd Shift role (11pm-10am).

Salary: $85,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Exercise incident handling processes across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Perform basic malware analysis.
• Develop and improve processes for incident detection and the execution of countermeasures.
• Produce high-quality written and verbal communications, recommendations, and findings to customer management.
• Demonstrate industry thought leadership through blog posts and public speaking events.

Requirements

• Experience in Incident Handling, Computer Forensic Analysis, Systems Administration, Network Forensic Analysis, Malware Analysis, Incident Remediation, or Network Operations and Architecture/Engineering.
• Programming/Scripting experience in C, C#, VB, Python, Perl, Ruby on Rails, and .NET.
• Capable of completing technical tasks without supervision.
• Strong project management skills.
• Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder.
• Ability to work a 4x10 schedule, including a day on the weekend, for a 3rd Shift role (11pm-10am).
