What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, executing various financial products including FX hedging, lending, payments, and cash management.
- Collaborate with the sales team for business origination and upsell hirify.global’s broad product capabilities.
- Understand clients' business environments and competition to provide the best solutions using hirify.global's product suite.
- Deliver on specific KPIs, including repeat and new business revenues, client churn reduction, and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through client meetings, confidently presenting ideas and proposals.
- Expand existing business and originate new business via networking with existing clients for referrals.
Requirements
- Strong Financial Services experience in a sales or relationship management role, with an established network of contacts being an advantage.
- Experience working in an established FX institution, commercial bank, or selling other financial instruments to SMEs and corporate clients.
- Solid understanding of relevant compliance requirements, coupled with sophisticated technical ability in statistical/fundamental analysis and risk management practices.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels, and win commitment and buy-in.
- Proven record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities (upselling, cross-selling, new client acquisition).
- Fluency in Latvian and strong business-level English.
