Senior Software Engineer

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain internal enterprise tools, services, and automations to streamline core business processes.
• Partner with system owners and domain leads to translate requirements into technical designs and deliver scalable solutions.
• Contribute to the architecture and implementation of integration-heavy systems, including APIs, event-driven workflows, and automation frameworks.
• Develop software with a strong emphasis on reliability, security, and maintainability, applying best practices in source control, code reviews, and testing.
• Author and maintain technical design documents and operational runbooks, ensuring systems are understandable and resilient.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and process friction through automation and thoughtful system design.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Deep hands-on programming experience in Node, Typescript, and React.
• Experience with modern frameworks such as NextJS and NestJS.
• Experience building RESTful and GraphQL APIs and working with relational and non-relational databases.
• Comfortable with cloud infrastructure and deployment (AWS, containers, orchestration, CI/CD pipelines).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an agile/scrum team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Nice to have

• Enterprise software development experience, including integrations with enterprise-grade APIs or platforms.
• Prior work in B2B software, developer platforms, or internal tooling ecosystems.
• Strong technical knowledge of enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, Coupa, Concur, Oracle, IronClad) and respective integration options.
• Experience with integration platforms (Workato, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
• Experience delivering AI or advanced automation solutions at scale.
