Senior Full-Stack Engineer (NestJS + React)
We’re looking for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus to join a regulated financial institution working with digital financial assets. The company delivers bank-grade, secure, and compliant services for both institutional and private clients through a single integrated platform covering custody, trading, asset management, lending, and digital instruments.

What we expect:
-7+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development, with a clear backend specialization
-Strong hands-on experience with NestJS, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL
-Solid React knowledge is a strong advantage
-Confident use of advanced NestJS features such as Guards, Interceptors, Pipes, and Custom Decorators
-Experience working with Git using the Gitflow model
-Good understanding of application architecture, modular design, and scalable systems (NX is a plus)

Nice to have:
-Experience with Docker
-Familiarity with CI/CD tools
-Exposure to cloud platforms, particularly AWS

What you’ll be working on:
-Designing, developing, and supporting scalable backend services using NestJS and TypeScript
-Building and maintaining REST APIs and working with databases and ORMs
-Collaborating on frontend development and React-based UI integrations
-Applying advanced NestJS patterns to ensure clean, maintainable code
-Optimizing backend performance through profiling, caching, and bottleneck analysis
-Working with microservices, asynchronous processes, message queues, and third-party services
-Contributing to architectural evolution and internal AI-related initiatives
