What you will do

• Define, monitor, and report on key product metrics (KPIs) to assess product health and the impact of releases.
• Design, set up, and analyze product experiments (A/B testing), communicating results and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation from large databases.
• Utilize Python for advanced data cleaning, statistical modeling, and analysis as needed.
• Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports using data visualization tools like Looker and Tableau.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX/UI Designers to influence the product roadmap with data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a BI Analyst or Data Analyst.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL for querying, aggregating, and analyzing large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis, including statistical packages.
• Proven background in experimentation and A/B testing, including hypothesis formulation and statistical significance.
• Proficiency in creating and managing dashboards, reports, and data models using Looker and/or Tableau.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and ETL processes/data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex analysis and trade-offs.
