Senior Product Designer

TL;DR

Senior Product Designer: Leading the design of user experiences across the Retail product team, translating nebulous concepts into useful and engaging digital product experiences with an accent on UX goals, direction, and strategy. Focus on designing holistic systems, flows, and interfaces while leveraging research and data to deliver user-centered products and advocate for the user.

Location: Hybrid work in Yerevan, Armenia. Employees can work from anywhere in the world for up to 60 days a year.

What you will do

• Lead high-level design projects with autonomy, facilitating design sessions to deliver optimal solutions.
• Leverage UX expertise in design systems, UI, and micro-interactions to create delightful end-to-end digital experiences.
• Design holistic, simple, elegant, and user-friendly systems, flows, and interfaces.
• Draw insights from research and data to develop tangible solutions.
• Build relationships and advocate for the user while collaborating with cross-functional product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Act as a positive role model and advocate for design within the hirify.global organization.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of practical, in-house product, UX/UI design experience.
• Applied experience with service design practices and evolving your design process across digital and physical manifestations.
• Strong aesthetic, conceptual, communication, and visualization skills.
• Fluency in design systems, prototyping, and user research methodologies.
• Proficiency with product, design, and prototyping tools such as Figma, Google Suite, and JIRA.
• Confident spoken and written English language skills (B2+).
