QA Lead (Observability)

QA Lead (Observability): Defining and shaping quality assurance strategy for Observability, coupled with hands-on exploratory testing and feedback to product teams. Focus on analyzing testing strategies, coordinating releases, and standardizing quality across the organization.

Location: Remote from Europe, with export control restrictions for Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, the Crimea Region of Ukraine, the Donetsk People’s Republic, and the Luhansk People’s Republic.

What you will do

• Perform exploratory testing against recent application builds and provide feedback to product teams.
• Analyze testing strategies and recommend specific improvements.
• Coordinate between release management and product teams to determine product fitness prior to release.
• Participate in coordination with other quality assurance teams to standardize quality strategy for the company.

Requirements

• Experience using Observability tools in production or supporting teams who do.
• Practical experience with production systems is preferred over software testing experience.
• Above-average writing skills in English and attention to detail are essential.
• Possess a mix of creativity and rigorous thinking to create and execute test scenarios.
