UX/UI Designer

What you will do

• Integrate into a design department for a consulting company, participating in multiple projects and proposals.
• For UX profiles: understand research insights and translate them into design solution concepts, creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• For UI profiles: craft beautiful creative concepts, detailing the reasoning behind choices of visual elements like color and typography.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers, providing detailed design specifications and assets.
• Deliver UX and/or UI design processes from beginning to end, supported by team members.
• Present design concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating value and impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communication Design and Editorial Design.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience using Figma software for UX/UI.
• Experience in UX/UI design for websites and mobile applications on different operating systems.
• Experience in the development of UI mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Experience in collaboration with functional analysts and applying functional requirements in UX/UI proposals.
• Experience in illustrating design concepts through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Experience in maintaining and building consistency of established brand styles.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in applying accessibility rules for websites and mobile applications.
• Basic knowledge of front-end development for effective collaboration.
• C1 certification in English.
• Web design certification.
