UX/UI Designer (UI/UX)

TL;DR

UX/UI Designer (UI/UX): Designing end-to-end user interfaces and experiences for digital products with an accent on wireframing, prototyping, and responsive UI. Focus on conducting user research, usability testing, and working with design systems in an Agile environment.

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon (2x/week onsite). Must be based in Portugal.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end user interfaces and experiences for digital products.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and responsive UI designs using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate solutions.
• Work with design systems and develop reusable components.
• Perform design handoff to development teams, leveraging basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Collaborate effectively with product and development teams in Agile environments.

Requirements

• Around 3 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Strong experience designing end-to-end user interfaces and experiences.
• Proficiency in wireframes, prototypes, and responsive UI design using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong knowledge of information architecture and intuitive navigation.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Experience working with design systems and reusable components.
• Experience working in Agile environments with product and development teams.
• Ability to document design decisions and validate solutions with stakeholders.
